Mercurey hosted the famous Saint-Vincent Tournante
For the third time, the village of Mercurey, hosted the Saint Vincent Tournante, the famous wine celebration, rooted in the purest Bourgogne tradition : 2017, 1985, 1962, only happens once a generation.
An undeniable success orchestrated by Amaury Devillard, President of the Mercurey's Saint-Vincent Tournante organizing Committee.
With an efficient and united team, they set a record:

100,000 people joined for this 73rd edition of Saint-Vincent Tournante ;
•
17,000 bottles of Mercurey were opened and tasted ;
•
700 volunteers worked hard for more than two years to embellish their village.

The gala dinner welcomed some 1152 guests for a memorable meal, imagined and cooked by Eric Pras (Chef de Lameloise: 3 Michelin stars) with 11 tasted wines (all from Mercurey appellation), commented by Manuel Peyrondet, best French sommelier in 2008 and "MOF sommellerie" in 2011.
